- The entrance fee paid is non-refundable, the ticket cannot be exchanged or compensated in any other way.
- The visitor is obliged to comply with the operating and visiting regulations of the event venue.
- Forging a ticket is a crime.
- The electronic ticket is valid for one person only and entry to the paid zone will only be allowed to the first person who presents such a ticket for inspection.
- In the case of an electronic ticket, it is necessary to have a legible QR code on it, which will be used to identify the ticket during inspection.
- In case of cancellation of the event due to the organizer of the event, the paid entrance fee will be refunded back within thirty days from the planned event date.
